Rip Live means we open your box live
on stream (Whatnot, YouTube, or TikTok) and ship you every card we pull. Ship Sealed means your
box or packs arrive factory-sealed, unopened, exactly as we received them.

Kayou typically releases each set in multiple regional versions — SCN (Simplified Chinese,
mainland China), SEA (Southeast Asia, English), and NA (North America, English). These are made
for different markets, but the card designs and quality are the same across versions. The regional
print you see on our site is simply the version we source and stock, not a difference in card
content or quality. Some sets are released in both languages with the same card set and different
packaging/language on the cards; others are exclusive to one language or region. Each product
page notes which language version(s) are available.

Yes — every card we sell is authentic Kayou product, sourced
directly. We are not an official Kayou distributor or affiliated with Kayou, Hasbro, Shueisha, or any
of the represented franchises; we are an independent retailer of genuine collectible cards.

Yes! We regularly vend at trade shows across Central
Florida. Check our Calendar page for upcoming events and Rip Live stream dates.

Rip Live openings are all sales final. Because you're purchasing the box or pack itself (not a
guaranteed specific card), we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on pull results. This is

standard practice across the live-break community. We do carefully verify each box is factory-
sealed before opening on stream, so you can trust what you're getting is authentic and

untampered.
